Biography

2021: Summit League All-Academic Team... competed and started in 37 games... led WIU in stolen bases (12), which ranked sixth-highest in the Summit League... second on the team in batting average (.286) and runs scored (24)... had back-to-back games of three hits at Louisville (Feb. 27) and Southern Illinois (March 2)... racked up 11 showings of multiple hits.

SENIOR (2020): Played in all 13 games with 12 starts… team-leader in hits (13) and stolen bases (4)... three consecutive games with two hits… batted .271… had two stolen bases at Tennessee (Feb. 15). 

JUNIOR (2019): Played in 51 out of 52 games with 47 stars… delivered a two-out, two-RBI double in the 11th inning and finished 3-3 with a pair of doubles at Southeast Missouri to earn Summit League Player of the Week (Feb. 25)... named Player of the Week again (May 6) by hitting .500 in four games, including 6-for-12 versus Oral Roberts… tied a program record four walks in-game against NDSU (March 22)... team-leader in runs (38) and walks (29)... had eight two-hit games, five three-hit games, and one four-hit game… reached base in 26 straight games for team-high…five two-RBI games… second on the squad with an eight game hit streak… finished second on the team in hits (52) and doubles (9)... third in average (.291), OBP (.395) and stolen bases (10)... had team-high hits (4), walks (4), sac hits (2), HBP (2) and assists (6) in a game. 

ELLSWORTH: Selected as a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society ... Earned an All-ICCAC honorable mention in 2017

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four varsity letters in baseball and one in football at Beloit Memorial ... Named All Big-8 Conference three times (2014-16) 

PERSONAL: Born May 26 ... Enjoys hunting and fishing ... Planning to pursue a degree in exercise science
