Biography

SENIOR (2018): Started 17 games this season and recorded 1,490 minutes… took seven shots with three on goal.

REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2017): Redshirted… did not play due to injury.

JUNIOR (2016): Summit League 2016-17 Academic Honor Roll and Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence... 2016 Summit League All-Tournament Team selection... Started all 19 contests for the Leathernecks on the defensive backline… finished the season with three points… recorded his first career goal in Western’s 4-0 win over Oral Roberts at home (Oct. 8)… recorded an assist in the Leathernecks’ 2-0 win at IUPUI (Sept. 23)… had one shot on goal and two shots, including one against Omaha (Oct. 22).

SOPHOMORE (2015): Placed on Summit League Fall Academic Honor Roll (Distinguished Scholar)... Started in all 18 games he appeared in... Tallied an assist in WIU's 6-0 victory over Eastern Illinois (Oct. 17)... Recorded shots in a Summit League contest at For Wayne (Oct. 24).

FRESHMAN (2014): Placed on Summit League Fall Academic Honor Roll (Distinguished Scholar)... Named to The Summit League All-Newcomer Team... Awarded WIU Men's Soccer Most Improved Player and Top Newcomer... Appeared in 14 games, and started in 10... Made his debut against High Point (Sept. 14) and recorded 37 minutes... First start against Fort Wayne (Oct. 4)... Notched season-high shots (2) against Drake (Oct. 21)... Also tallied shots against Northern Kentucky (Sept. 28) and Denver (Nov. 16). 

HIGH SCHOOL: As a senior earned First Team All-State and First Team Academic All-State accolades while being named the conference and Metro Player of the Year. He was a member of the 2014 State All-Tournament Team and was a nominee for Gatorade Player of the year. Earned First Team All-State honors during his junior season... Three-time First Team All-Conference honoree... Four-year starter for coach John Graham... Three-year team captain... Also played football, earning First Team All-Conference and Academic All-Conference honors as a defensive back, leading the team in tackles... Won four club soccer Iowa State Cup Championships, in 2009, 2010, 2013 and 2014.
