Biography

SENIOR (2016): Started 26 times in 37 games... four doubles and tied for the team lead with two triples... scored nine times and drove in five... started all three games of the Tennessee Tech series... went 3-for-13 with a double and walk... played in all three games at Southern Illinois... saw action in three of the four Northern Kentucky games... played in both Missouri State games... started twice at Omaha and picked up his first collegiate triple... went 3-for-9 against Fort Wayne... delivered a pinch-hit triple and scored a run at Iowa... drew a career-high three walks against Iowa at home... matched his career total of three multi-hit games in the weekend series at Fort Wayne... batted 6-for-11 on the weekend with a .545 on-base percentage.

SENIOR (2015): Redshirted

JUNIOR (2014): Made 22 appearances during his first season at WIU with 13 starts in the outfield... first hit came on 2/20 vs. Louisiana-Monroe... drew two walks and scored once on 2/22 vs. ULM... recorded hit first RBI double on 3/1 at Evansville... one hit and two RBIs on 3/8 vs. Indiana State... notched a hit and scored a run on 3/11 at #10 Louisville... season-high two hits, including a double, and two RBIs on 4/26 vs. Fort Wayne... one run and RBI on 4/30 vs. St. Ambrose... recorded a hit and RBI on 5/4 vs. Illinois State.

AT MADISON COLLEGE: Played right field and center field during his two years at Madison College… hit .355 in 2013 with a team-best 13 doubles and 22 stolen bases… also scored 39 runs and drove in 32… part of two conference championship teams and two region championship teams… team had a fourth-place national ranking in 2012 and third-place national ranking in 2013.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-year letterwinner at Crystal Lake Central… All-Fox Valley Conference, team MVP and Second Team All-Area in 2011.

PERSONAL: Son of James and Mary Pollock… born July 6, 1993… lists his dad as a major influence on his sports career, “He always pushes me to become a better player”… hobbies include weight lifting and playing video games… favorite professional sports team is the Chicago White Sox.
