Junior (2014): 32 appearances during his first season at Western Illinois with 23 starts... 16 starts at catcher, four at first base and three at DH... recorded three hits and scored three times at Evansville on 3/1... two hits, including his first double of the season, one run and one RBI on 3/30 vs. North Dakota State... three hits, including a triple, two RBIs and three runs scored during the doubleheader at Fort Wayne on 4/13... two hits, one run and one RBI vs. Fort Wayne on 4/25... three hits, season-high four RBIs and three runs scored on 4/30 vs. St. Ambrose... two hits vs. Illinois State on 5/4... hit his first home run, a two-run dinger, at South Dakota State on 5/10... three hits, including a triple, two RBIs and a run in the opening round victory over Fort Wayne at The Summit League Championship... went 3-for-4 in the Summit Championship victory over Fort Wayne... one hit in the final game of the season vs. North Dakota State... named to the All-Tournament team following The Summit League Championship... ended the season with a .319 batting average.

Personal: Full name is Jeffrey Reimer… son of Jeff and Jill Reimer… born May 15, 1993… sister, Sam, played softball at Northern Iowa… number one sports highlight was being named Third Team All-American in 2013 while at Ellsworth CC… hobbies include fishing, wakeboarding and lifting... favorite professional teams include the Chicago Blackhawks, Cubs and Bears… lists his uncle, Ryan Jacobs, as being a major influence on his sports career, “he helped me overcome many different obstacles in my sports career and he also helped me not only physically be ready for any situation but also mentally”… majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in History.
