MACOMB, Ill.- Western Illinois women's tennis had a standout week as Mana Fawcett and Jessica Hess earned Doubles Team of the Week honors following a strong performance in weekend action.

In doubles play, Fawcett and Hess made their mark against Bradley, competing primarily in the top spot. The pair earned the win against the Bradley Braves with a score of 6-2, helping set the tone early in matches and providing a consistent advantage for Western Illinois in doubles play.

Western Illinois continues its spring season with momentum after a week highlighted by individual excellence and team success. The Leathernecks will come home to face Saint Louis University before hitting the road to face Omaha and Creighton Feb. 20-21.
