Leatherneck Tennis Back in Action at Coe

WIU hits the court on Saturday night

MACOMB – After a two-week break, the Western Illinois women's tennis team is back in action on Saturday, heading to Cedar Rapids, Iowa to take on Coe College. The match was a recent addition to the Leatherneck schedule. Western Illinois is coming off a loss to Bradley on Saturday. February 17.

The Leathernecks are led by Paige Grice and Anna-Evelina Trush, who each have a pair of singles wins this season. On doubles, the duo of Grice and Lara Rossetto Diniz de Souza have a pair of wins as a team.

Coe opens the spring season vs. Augustana College on Saturday before hosting the Leathernecks at 5 p.m. Coe went 8-2 in the fall season. The match will be streamed here. After the Coe match, the Leathernecks return home, hosting St. Louis on Wednesday at 11 a.m.
