Leatherneck fans ages 12 and under are invited to join the 2022-2023 Rocky's Kids Club! This club is a great way for young fans to meet friends, cheer on the Fighting Leathernecks, and attend Western Illinois University Athletic events. With the purchase of a membership, Rocky's Kids Club members enjoy a variety of benefits. Some of these include: 

• General admission to ALL WIU home athletic events for the 2022-2023 academic year
• Official Leatherneck Membership Card that is signed by Rocky 
• Rocky's Kids Club T-shirt 
• Opportunities to hang with Colonel Rock IV and Rocky 
• Activities, Food, and Fun on game day 

During WIU Football season, a designated area is open to all Rocky's Kids Club members where food, fun, and activities will be provided through halftime of each game; his area is located on the south end of Hanson Field. It is a fun, safe, and chaperoned space for kids to hangout during the game. All young Leatherneck fans are encouraged to wear their Rocky's Kid's Club t-shirt to games and cheer on their Fighting Leathernecks with pride. Members must present their official Rocky's Kid's Club membership card at the entrance to the WIU athletic event to receive their free admission.

Rocky's Kid Captain Nominations:  

Leatherneck Football is looking to feature their most loyal and spirited Leatherneck fans this season! Fighting Leatherneck football kicks off their home season on Saturday, September 17th against the Southern Utah Thunderbirds and applications are now open to nominate Rocky's Kid Captains for each home game. One lucky child will be chosen as the Rocky's Kid Captain for the game as an honored guest at Hanson Field! They will receive six complimentary game tickets, a parking pass, a special Leatherneck apparel item, have the opportunity to meet Colonel Rock IV, and will be recognized on the field in front of all Leatherneck fans. 

Only parents and legal guardians are eligible to nominate a child, ages 12 and under, to become Rocky's Kid Captain. To nominate your child, please draft a message explaining why he/she would be perfect for this honor. Nomination forms will be sent out every Monday before a home football game and the selected Kids Captain will be announced on Friday at 12 p.m. Please email your nomination to Wayne Ngo at w-ngo@wiu.edu or call (309) 298-3018 for more details.
