PERSONAL: Daughter of Jay and Becky... Her parents and coaches have been the most influential to her athletic career. Her mom, Becky, would always "be the one to push me harder than I thought." Laramie's dad, Jay, was always "the one to make sure he told me good job." Both her parents "were always there for me and supportive..." Chose Western Illinois because she "loved the atmosphere found on the team, campus and within the classroom. I loved the agriculture program, and that the coaches want their athletes to succeed both in the pool and in the classroom. Being on campus made me feel like I was at home..."
