Biography

SENIOR (2014): 2013-14 Summit League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll... Started 31 games at second base... Hit .143 with a double and seven RBIs with six runs scored... Drove in two runs against Marshall (2/14) and Morehead State (3/26)... Drew eight walks from the plate... Was hit by three pitches, finishing just outside the top-10 in WIU history in career hit by pitch (9).

JUNIOR (2013): 2012-13 Summit League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll... Appeared in all 37 games starting at second base and shortstop... batted .240 (24-for-100) with four doubles and 12 RBI... drew eight walks on the year... had a season best three hits against South Dakota State (4/21)... had five multiple hit games throughout the season... had a season high two RBI four times against Belmont (2/9), Delaware State (3/9), Valparaiso (3/28), and Missouri (5/1)... hit two doubles in the season opener against Central Arkansas (2/9).

SOPHOMORE (2012): Appeared in all 51 games starting 48 at second base and three at shortstop... batted .233 (30-for-129) with a double, homerun and 16 RBI... tallied a .264 slugging percentage and .351 on base percentage with 20 walks... picked up her first hit of the season against North Dakota (2/11) and her first RBI of the year on 2/17 against Connecticut... hit her first collegiate homerun and recorded a career high three RBI against North Dakota State on 4/7... had four multiple hit games throughout the season against Connecticut (2-for-4) on 2/17, Evansville (2-for-2) on 3/14, Southern Utah (2-for-3) on 3/23 and UMKC (2-for-4) on 5/5.

FRESHMAN (2011): 2011 Summit League Winter/Spring Academic All-League Team... appeared in 14 games and made 10 starts... scored her first run in her first start against Valparaiso at the Cyclone Invitational (2/12)... picked up her first hit, a double, and scored a run at Southern Utah (3/19)... set season and career-highs with three at bats on three occasions during the season.

HIGH SCHOOL: All-Conference selection as a junior and senior... part of a team that won the 2010 Illinois Class 4A State Title... was 2-for-2 at the plate in the State title game... helped her team to a top eight finish in the State tournament in 2009... also helped her ASA team to a top-25 finish at the Class A U18 National Tournament... member of the National Honor Society... also played basketball and ran cross country.

PERSONAL: Born Dec. 15, 1991... daughter of Paul and Sue Jarrell.
