Biography

SENIOR (2024): Had her best season as a Leatherneck, pitching 152 and two-thirds innings in 35 appearances…only allowed two home runs in 627 at-bats…finished the year with a 2.80 ERA, 1.35 WHIP, nine wins, 133 strikeouts, and a .266 BAA, all team highs…threw nine complete games…only had three games with three or more walks…pitched 3.2 scoreless innings with five strikeouts in a win over Northern Iowa…threw the first shutout of her career in a win over SIUE, striking out six batters…pitched seven innings of one-run ball and struck out six in a win over UT Martin. 

JUNIOR (2023): All-Summit League Honorable Mention… started 19 of her 26 appearances in the circle, throwing 117 innings… ranked eighth in the league for strikeouts (101) while ranking in the top-10 for opponent batting average (.283) and throwing eight complete games… struck out a season-high against Valparaiso on Feb. 11… allowed just six hits and two runs against then-ranked No. 25 Wichita State on March 5, striking out five across seven innings of work.

SOPHOMORE (2022): Made 19 appearances in the circle, starting seven and pitching 34 total innings… struck out a season-high four opponents against Omaha on May 7… recorded 11 at-bats in the season and had a hit against Saint Louis on March 18.

At UMSL: Played one season (2020-21) for the Tritons, making eight appearances (three starts) in the circle… recorded 12 strikeouts in 17.1 innings pitched… pitched five innings in a 4-3 victory over Pittsburg State on Feb. 28, allowing one earned run and striking out five opponents… earned her lone save of the season against Minnesota-Moorhead on March 7, preserving a 4-1 victory. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Kyle and LeeAnn Price… Dad played college football at Eastern Illinois… also played volleyball and basketball in high school… best sports memory was placing third in the 16u National tournament… majoring in Exercise Science… played travel ball for Illinois Force… enjoys crocheting, kayaking and fishing.
