FRESHMAN (2017): Summit League Academic Honor Roll

HIGH SCHOOL: Knepper, a native of Blackwell, Oklahoma, has spent the last four years playing in the infield for Blackwell High School. She batted .505 and .582 the past two seasons for a cumulative batting average of .488. She stole 137 bases throughout her career, including 53 her senior year. In addition, she also drove in a career-high 35 runs this past season and hit 22 doubles in 2014. Defensively, she recorded 77 putouts and 24 assists for a fielding percentage of .944 during her senior year. Knepper has earned several awards and accolades throughout her prep career. She has been tabbed an 'All-Star' all four years and earned 'Offensive Player of the Year' honors her freshman and senior seasons. In addition, she earned All-Conference Utility honors her sophomore year and All-Conference Shortstop honors the past two seasons. She was also voted MVP her junior and senior year while leading the team in batting average and stolen bases.
