Biography

SENIOR (2022): Made 30 appearances and 20 starts, going 7-13… ranked top-ten among Summit League pitchers for innings pitched (135.2), complete games (13) and opponent average (.247) while sitting top-five for strikeouts (127) and saves (two)… only walked 31 of the 547 batters she faced…. Struck out nine or more opponents in five games, including a season-high 13 against UMKC on April 24… threw a complete-game shutout against Evansville on March 13, allowing just two hits and striking out 10...Named academic all-conference for the third time in her career at Western Illinois.

SENIOR (2021): Summit League Preseason Player to Watch... Summit League Pitcher of the Week (Feb. 22)... Summit League All-Academic Team... made the most appearances for the Leathernecks in the circle (31)... started in 22 games... picked up two saves... ranked third in the league in innings pitched (142.2) and fourth in batters struck out (139)... tossed 15 complete games... struck out a season-high 12 batters in the season opener versus Valparaiso (Feb. 13)... nailed double-digits in strikeouts on three separate occasions, all happening in the month of February.

JUNIOR (2020): Appeared in 11 games in the circle including nine starts... Collected a 3-5 record with a 2.01 ERA over 62.2 innings while striking out 42 batters and only walking seven... Pitched a career-high seven complete games... Struck out a career-high 14 batters in a 6-2 win over DePaul on March 6... Pitched eight innings with five strikeouts to earn the win against Grand Canyon on Feb. 16.

SOPHOMORE (2019): Summit League Pitcher of the Week (May 6)... Appeared in 19 games in the circle including 13 starts... Collected a 4-8 record with a 3.46 ERA over 81 innings while striking out 44 batters and only walking 16... Pitched six complete games... Struck out a career-high six batters in a 3-2 win at North Dakota on April 20... At the dish, she smacked four hits and drove in two runs.  

FRESHMAN (2018): Summit League Academic Honor Roll... Appeared in 13 games in the circle including 10 as a starter... Collected a 2-8 record with a 6.15 ERA over 60 innings while striking out 16 batters and only walking 10... Spun a career seven inning complete game while only allowing one run with two strikeouts on April 21 against Omaha... At the dish, she went 4-for-9 with one RBI. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Helped her team to a 23-4 record her senior season and had a 1.19 ERA... She pitched 188 innings with a 223:17 strikeout to walk ratio... Batted .421 and slugged .694... Threw a perfect game for her travel team on June 11, 2016 at the ASA Qualifier... Lettered in softball, volleyball and basketball at Ballard... Was a Distinguished Academic Achievement selection by the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union in all three sports. 

PERSONAL: A Huxley, Iowa native... double majoring in chemistry and mathematics...  went to Ballard High School and played for the Iowa Blitz... daughter of Dave and Pam Carlin... Played travel ball for Iowa Blitz.
