SOPHOMORE (2024-25): Was named OVC Golfer To Watch for Spring season...Played in seven events...Had three top 20 finishes...Best finish was T7 at WIU Intercollegiate
FRESHMAN (2023-24): Played in all 11 events…Best finish was T2 at the Stampede at the Creek…Two top five finishes
HIGH SCHOOL: Rascon, a native of Burlington, Iowa, attended Burlington High School, where he has had a successful prep career. Rascon is a 2nd Team All-State Golfer at Burlington High. He fired off an average score of 73.92 this past fall. Golfing for the Greyhounds this fall, Rascon finished as a medalist three times, including in the Macomb Invite at the Macomb Country Club. Rascon finished in the top eight of every regular season invitational in the fall of 2022 and is ranked as a top 15 golfer in the 4A rankings of Iowa high school golfers. Rascon does more than swing the golf clubs. The graduating senior has done the work in the classroom as well. He has been an All-academic student all four years in high school in golf, baseball, and basketball, well also being a member of the National Honors Society.
