HIGH SCHOOL:
Played four seasons at Southeastern High School • Finished as the Suns’ all-time leading scorer with 2,428 career points • Averaged 26.4 points, 9.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists during his career • Led Southeastern to the regional and sectional championship, while advancing to the Elite 8 of the state tournament in 2022 • Tallied 29.5 points, 9.2 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game as a senior •  Named Jim “Red” O’Flaherty Player of the Year as the outstanding boys player in his region • Also earned first-team all-state honors by the AP, IBCA, Chicago Sun Times and Champaign News Gazette • Also named KHQA and WGEM Player of the Year • Also a member of the baseball team at Southeastern, receiving first-team all-conference accolades • Named valedictorian at his high school, while receiving Illinois State Scholar honors.
