Biography

SENIOR (2015): Started in 11 of the 13 games at guard... helped an offensive unit turn in the fifth-most total yards in program history (5,119)… offense boasted of a 1,000-yard rusher and ranked 22nd nationally in redzone offense… unit ranked 28th in tackles for a loss allowed and 32nd in sacks allowed... played in 38 career games.

JUNIOR (2014): Started all 12 games at guard... part of an offensive unit that ranked eighth nationally in tackles for a loss allowed... offense gained 72 more yards of total offense per game than in 2013... offense also boasted of a 1,000-yard rusher and near 3,000-yard passer... graduated in December 2014 and will enter Graduate School... named to the Missouri Valley Football Conference Academic Honor Roll.

SOPHOMORE (2013): Played in 11 games and started at center 10 times... helped pave the way for seven 100-yard rushing efforts... helped the offense nearly score as many points and the last two years combined... received the MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award.

REDSHIRT-FRESHMAN (2012): Saw action against Iowa State and Youngstown State.

FRESHMAN (2011): Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered four years in football, three years in basketball and track... earned All-Western Big Six Conference honors his final three years... twice named to the Quad Cities All-Metro team... Peoria Journal Star All-Area team... selected to the IHSFCA Class 5A All-State squad... twice named Most Valuable Lineman... during his junior year qualified for the state in shot put... Academic Honor Roll... played for coach Wes Olsen.
