BEFORE WIU: Lamb played in 11 games at College of Sequoias in 2022, completing 161 of 250 passes for 2166 yarrds, throwing for 22 touchdowns. In three seasons for College of Sequoias, he appeared in 23 games, going 358-583 for 4659 yards with 40 touchdowns and eight interceptions. He also ran the ball 173 times for 674 yards and 23 touchdowns.
