REDSHIRT-FRESHMAN (2015): Sat out to meet transfer requirements.

AT BEMIDJI STATE: Was a member of the program... Scout Team MVP.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered football and track... senior year led the team in receiving yards (435) and touchdowns (8)... junior year also led the team in yards (640) and touchdowns (5)... earned All-Area and All-Conference honors... played for coach Dave Inserra.

PERSONAL: Born May 3, 1996 in Niles... No. 1 sports highlight was scoring the game-winning touchdown versus Conant his junior year and being dog piled after... his grandfather has been a major influence, "He told me to work for everything I want and if I were to quit now I'll quit forever."... most admires NFL wide receiver Julian Edelman, "He was overlooked and doubted his whole career just like me."... enjoys video games... favorite professional teams are the Chicago Bears and Cubs... favorite music groups are Sublime and Metallica... son of Mary Sajenko.
