2006 (Senior season): One of just three players on defense to start all 11 games... ranked third on the team and 14th in the conference (8th among defensive backs) with 85 total tackles... had 12 stops against Wisconsin and again two weeks later against Northern Colorado... tallied a career-high 14 tackles against Illinois State... also collected two tackles for loss and six pass breakups... intercepted a pass (13-yard return) against Indiana State... recovered one fumble and forced another... earned second-team all-conference recognition... earned WIU's Red Milller Award... earned third-team all-region honors from the Football Gazette.
2005 (Junior season): Recorded 18 tackles and three pass breakups in four games... started the first four games at right corner before suffering an injury in game four which ended his season and snapped a streak of 12 consecutive starts... had a career-high 11 tackles at Stephen F. Austin.
2004 (Sophomore season): Recorded 29 total tackles, five pass break-ups, one interception and one forced fumble in 11 games... registered 15 solo stops, including three in each of his last two games... started the final eight games at cornerback.
2003 (Redshirt-Freshman season): Saw significant reps as a backup defensive back, recording 29 tackles in 10 games... 22 of his tackles were solo stops... also tallied one pass breakup... had a season-high five tackles on three occasions - LSU, Western Kentucky and Montana... had a career-high four solo tackles at LSU... forced a fumble in the season opener, and recovered a fumble at Montana... blocked Montana?s field goal attempt in the second overtime period to give Western the first-round playoff victory.
