Biography

SENIOR (2013): Matched a career-high with five tackles against Hampton and forced a fumble... made three tackles, including one for a loss, had a QB hurry and a pass break-up against Quincy... four tackles and shared on a sack at Minnesota... matched a career-high of five tackles, including one for a loss, at UNLV... shared on a tackle against South Dakota, but missed most of the game due to an injury... following the South Dakota game will miss the remainder of the season.

JUNIOR (2012):
Played in eight games and started four times... six of his 10 tackles on the year were solo stops... two tackles against Indianapolis... season-high five tackles at Iowa State.

SOPHOMORE (2011):
Played in seven games and started once... recorded three tackles at Sam Houston State... solo stop against Jacksonville... matched then season-high of three tackles at Missouri... career-high four tackles at Northern Iowa... made two solo tackles against Southern Illinois, including a 3-yard TFL... made two solo tackles at Youngstown State. Received Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award from the Missouri Valley Football Conference.
 

REDSHIRT-FRESHMAN (2010): Played in 10 games... missed the last three with an injury... tackle against Valparaiso in the opener... one tackle against Sam Houston State.

FRESHMAN (2009):
Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered three years in football and four years in track... played football for coach Jeff Bachinski... three-time All-Conference selection at tight end and linebacker... earned All-State honors at both position... twice named team captain... four-time All-Conference performer in track... twice named track All-State.

PERSONAL: Born September 18, 1990 in Milton, Wisconsin... No. 1 sports highlight was Homecoming game his senior year when he recorded two interceptions, three sacks, 13 total tackles and two touchdowns... his father has been a major influence, "He has taught me how to play football."... most admires Patrick Kane of the Chicago Blackhawks, "I like the way he plays the game."... his dad played college football at Wisconsin-Stout and his sister played soccer at Simpson College... enjoys hunting and fishing... favorite professional team is the Blackhawks... favorite musician is Gary Allen... son of Jeff and Kari Bachinski.
