REDSHIRT-FRESHMAN (2015): Did not see any game action.

FRESHMAN (2014): Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: All-Conference honors in both football and track… twice voted team Defensive MVP… recorded 204 career tackles, 11 interceptions, 10 pass deflections, three forced fumbles and five fumble recoveries… won the conference high jump title… sectional title in the 200 meters… member of the 2013 Class 2A state championship 4x100 relay… has placed in the state ‘Top 10’ in the high jump two straight years… played football for coach Mark Grounds. 

PERSONAL: Born March 2, 1996 in Springfield… No. 1 sports highlight was a 90-yard return off a blocked field goal for a touchdown… his mom has been a major influence, “She’s always supported and pushed me to be a better athlete and person.”… most admires former NFL linebacker Ray Lewis, “For his passion of the game and the way he overcame all obstacles to be one of the best in the game and reach his goal.”… enjoys fishing, golf and video games… favorite professional team is the Chicago Bulls… favorite musician is Ace Hood… son of Lawrence and Linda Jackson.
