JP Boudreaux

JP Boudreaux joined the Western Illinois coaching staff in the summer of 2016. A jack of all trades, he has coached the program's linebackers, running backs, and tight ends during his time in Macomb.

He is currently responsible for the linebackers while also serving as the Leathernecks' recruiting coordinator.

Boudreaux helped coach Western's defense to national highs in 2017 - ranking eighth in fourth-down conversion percentage defense, 45th in rushing defense, and 40th in passes intercepted.

He joined the Leathernecks after spending three years at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, where he worked with the linebacker corps. Boudreaux is a 2013 graduate of Sewanee and also competed on the university's football team.

During his senior year, he led the team with four sacks, 11.0 tackles for a loss, one forced fumble, and a fumble recovery. His 50 tackles ranked third on the team. The Fort Worth, Texas, native twice earned all-conference honors.
