David Milke joined the football staff in spring 2013 as the Director of Football Operations and now begins his first year working with head coach Charlie Fisher.
He oversees all the day-to-day office duties, coordinate study hall and training table, coordinates team travel (regular season and worked with postseason), works with official and unofficial recruiting visits, assist with summer camps, serve as liaison with the football program's support staff, and student-athlete ticketing pass list.
He spent a year working in the private sector at U.S. Bank as a Universal Banker, following his undergraduate career at the University of Northern Iowa where he worked with the football program. From the spring practice season in 2008 until his graduation following the 2011 season, Milke also served as a student assistant with the Panther Football program. He assisted the Director of Football Operations and Recruiting Coordinator in their tasks, worked on breakdown of opponent offensive game film, and chart opponent data during games.
He was a member of the 2006 Cedar Rapids Xavier High School team that won the Class 4A state championship in 2006. Milke graduated from UNI with a bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate in 2011. He earned his Master's degree in Sport Management in December 2014 from WIU.
