Q: Why the Leatherneck Club?
A: The Leatherneck Club provides annual funding for nearly 400 student-athletes and gives them the resources they need to succeed in the classroom and compete at the NCAA Division I level. Leatherneck Club gifts provide our student-athletes with scholarships, up-to-date training facilities and equipment, team travel, academic support programs, and other essential components to support all of Western Illinois University's Division I teams.

Q: How do I join the Leatherneck Club?
A: Anyone can become a member of the Leatherneck Club. The easiest way to join is to donate online or you can call (309) 298-1190.

Q: Is my donation to the Leatherneck Club tax deductible?
A: Yes, your donation to the Leatherneck Club is tax deductible. Please consult your tax advisor when filing your return.

Q: Am I allowed to donate to multiple funds in the course of a year?
A: Yes, you can divide your donation between any one of our 21 fund categories and your contributions will still be counted as a total gift to Western Illinois Athletics (i.e. $100 to football, $250 to basketball = giving level of $350). Donations to specific sports funds are applied to that fund's operating expenses.

Q: When will I receive my parking pass?
A: Parking passes are mailed in early-to-mid August. After August, we will mail parking passes as we receive Leatherneck Club gifts.

Q: Is there a different parking pass for football and basketball?
A: Yes, beginning in 2023, different parking passes will be required for football and basketball. Parking passes will only be available to Leatherneck Club members who purchase season tickets. 

Q: What happens if I lose my parking pass during the year, or it is damaged?
