SOPHOMORE (2018-19): Played in 31 games including 21 starts… Averaged 11.1 points per game along with 5.1 rebounds per game.... Shot 41.7 percent from the field (138-331)... Collected 59 assists and 44 steals… Scored a season-high 20 points against SIUE on Nov. 28... Ripped down a season-high 11 rebounds Nov. 17 at Eastern Illinois.
FRESHMAN (2017-18): Appeared in 26 games, making 11 starts… took over a starting role after Jeremiah Usiosefe went down… made 11 out of last 12 starts to end the season… averaged 7.0 points per game on 21.9 percent from the field (67-160) and 33.3 percent from three (13-39)… grabbed 4.2 rebounds per contest… put together back-to-back 20-plus point performances against Fort Wayne on Feb. 14 (23 points) and South Dakota State on Feb. 17 (20 points)… Put together arguably his best performance of the season in The Summit League Tournament posting 17 points and 15 rebounds… shot 77.3 percent (34-44) from the free-throw line
HIGH SCHOOL: Finished his junior season averaging 14.9 points per game... lead the Minneapolis North to 24 wins... recorded 18 points in the state championship game, helping guide the Polar Bears to a state title... during his sophomore season he averaged 15.5 points per game.
PERSONAL: During he summer Johnson averaged 7.4 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.8 points per game for the Howard Pulley AAU program in the Nike EYBL circuit.
