Biography

SENIOR (2016): Second Team All-Summit League... Started all 48 games at the leadoff position and in the outfield and as a designated player... Led the team in batting average (.327), runs scored (23), hits (54), stolen bases (8), and on base percentage (.371)... Had 15 multi-hit games... Hit two doubles in one inning against Fort Wayne (May 6)... Ranked second on the team with a .473 slugging percentage and two triples... Drew 10 walks and drove in 11 RBIs... Set a career-high eight game hitting streak.

JUNIOR (2015): 2015 Summit League Spring Academic Honor Roll, Distinguished Scholar... Made 37 starts in 39 total appearances... Went 3-for-4 against Green Bay with a home run and three RBIs on March 7... Scored two runs on three occasions (vs. Green Bay 3/7, at Fort Wayne 3/30, at Bradley 3/31)... Hit two home runs (vs. Green Bay 3/7, vs. Miami 3/23)... Recorded five outfield assists... Ended the year with a .225 average.

SOPHOMORE (2014): 2013-14 Summit League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll Distinguished Scholar... Second Team All-Summit League... Started all 48 games in the outfield... Hit .318 with four doubles, two triples and one home run, scoring 21 runs and driving in 19 more... had 11 multi-hit games... Tied a career-high with three hits against Valparaiso (4/22)... Had four multi-RBI games... drove in three runs at Wichita State (3/12) and against South Dakota State (5/9)... Hit her first career home run against South Dakota State (5/9)... Was a perfect 60-60 in fielding opportunities... Stole four bases... Finished the year in third with her .318 batting average and tied for third in RBIs (19).

FRESHMAN (2013): Second Team All-Summit League... 2012-13 Summit League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll Distinguished Scholar... started all 37 games primarily in the outfield and also as designated hitter... batted .289 (28-for-97) with five doubles and two triples... ranked second on the team with a .289 batting average... went 3-for-3 with three runs and two RBI against North Carolina A&T (3/8)... had eight multiple hit games.

HIGH SCHOOL: All-Conference selection... voted the Leadership and Excellence Award recipient by her coaches and teammates... hit .339 as a senior and led the team in stolen bases with 18... helped Carl Sandburg to a 4A Illinois State Championship in 2010 and four straight Conference Championships... earned seven combined varsity letters in softball and cheerleading... as a member of the Orland Park Sparks travel team she hit .524 with a .667 slugging percentage and an on-base percentage of .556... has a cumulative high school GPA of 3.4... participated in the Carl Sandburg's Leadership Program that helps mentor underclassmen and selected by faculty to speak to junior high school students about the transition to high school and the dangers of drug and alcohol use.
