Biography

SENIOR (2016): Summit League 'Pitcher of the Week' (Feb. 22)... Recorded a 5-13 record in the circle... Struck out 59 batters in 99 innings pitched... Tied her career-high eight strikeouts against SIU-Edwardsville (April 12)... Pitched four complete games... At the plate, she recorded a .375 average with eight at bats... Hit her first career home run against Fort Wayne (May 7)... Scored the game-winning run against Canisius (March 6)... Recorded four RBIs.

JUNIOR (2015): 2015 Summit League Spring Academic Honor Roll... Made 18 appearances in the circle making 19 starts... Led the team with eight wins... Recorded a season-high seven strikeouts on three occasions (at Hawaii 3/11, vs. St. Bonaventure 3/14, at South Dakota State 4/18)... Recorded a complete-game shutout against Central Michigan on Feb. 7 and against St. Bonaventure on March 14... Finished the year with a career-high 87 strikeouts through 112.1 innings... Recorded 10 complete games... Finished the year with a 3.80 ERA.

SOPHOMORE (2014): 2013-14 Summit League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll... Made 18 appearances in the circle with 17 starts... Second on the team with six victories... Second on the team with 54 strikeouts... Recorded seven complete games and threw 78.0 innings... Recorded her first career shutout against Liberty on 3/9... Threw a career high seven innings on five occasions... Struck out a career high eight batters against Morehead State on 3/26... Appeared in 7 games as a batter, recording her first career hit on 2/22 against Alabama State.. Scored a career high two runs against Alabama State and also drove in her first two RBIs against Alabama State.

FRESHMAN (2013): 2012-13 Summit League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll Distinguished Scholar... Appeared in 14 games as a pitcher... posted a 4-7 record with a 7.35 ERA... had 28 strikeouts on the season... ranked second on the team in wins, games started, innings pitched, and strikeouts... finished with a career high five strikeouts on two occasions, on 3/9 against Delaware State and 4/16 against IUPUI... was the winning pitcher in her first collegiate start on 2/9 against Belmont.

HIGH SCHOOL: Named to the Chicago Sun Times Top 100 Softball Players list... 2012 Century 21 All-Area Honorable Mention selection... 2012 Conference Team Champions... helped Lincoln-Way East to Regional Championship games in 2010 and 2011... as a junior, Hart posted an 18-8 record on the mound with 139 strikeouts... tallied 17 RBI and five homeruns that year at the plate and was named 'Athlete of the Week' two times... pitched to an 18-8 record in the circle with 117 strikeouts in 104 innings as a sophomore... also hit .345 with five homeruns and 21 RBI at the plate as a sophomore... named Southern Illinois Indoor Softball Tournament MVP and Elgin Exposure MVP... her travel softball team, the Orland Park A's, finished second in the Moline ASA Qualifier... Hart posted a 16-8 record earning 131 strikeouts... member of the National Honors Society and Pi Sigma Pi History Honors Society... Honor Roll student... given the Outstanding Griffin Award.

PERSONAL: Born on August 22, 1994... daughter of Mike and Lisa Hart... her father Mike played basketball at St. Xavier and her uncle Tom Hart played football at Southwest Missouri State.
