Career Highlights
Ended his career with 30 consecutive starts at quarterback... became the second-leading passer in Western Illinois history... amassed 6,512 passing yards and a career completion percentage of .616 which ranks second in Gateway Conference history... was just the sixth Western Illinois player to earn three academic all-conference awards... was a two-time All-American Scholar and a two-time Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award recipient... ranked among top 15 active I-AA players in passing attempts, completions, yards, touchdowns, passing efficiency and completion percentage... rushed for more career touchdowns (12) than any QB in school history... ranked fourth in the school's record book in yards per attempt (7.9), eighth in yards per game (141.6), second in completions (506), second in attempts (821), second in completion percentage (.616) and third in touchdown passes (42).

2006 (Senior season):
Led the Gateway Conference in completions (176) and ranked third in passing yards (2,121)... had six 200-yard passing games this season and one 300-yard outing (309 vs. Youngstown State)... had five rushing touchdowns... named to the Football Championship Subdivision Athletics Directors Association Academic All-Star Team after earning a grade point average of 3.35 in the MBA program... ranked 10th in the school's single-season record book with 2,121 passing yards and 192.8 yards per game... ranked eighth with 176 completions, fourth with a .631 completion percentage and eighth with a passer rating of 133.50... named the Western Illinois Offensive MVP... earned honorable mention all-region honors from the Football Gazette...also a first-team Gateway Academic All-Conference selection.

2005 (Junior season): Started all 11 games... threw for 2,586 yards and 19 TDs, fifth and seventh, respectively, in the Western Illinois record book... ranked No. 1 in Gateway games with 291.1 passing yards and 304.3 yards of total offense per game... recorded seven 200-yard games and four 300-yard games... had six multi-touchdown games, recording three touchdowns in five of those games... accounted for 25 total touchdowns (19 passing, six rushing)... set a school record by completing his first 10 pass attempt against Northern Colorado... threw for a career-high 363 yards at Youngstown State... became the first Leatherneck quarterback to throw for more than 350 yards in three consecutive games (Northern Iowa, Southern Illinois, at Youngstown State)... set a school record and matched the second-longest mark in league history with a 98-yard touchdown pass to Marco Thomas at Illinois State... completed 21 of 26 passes for 340 yards along with five total touchdowns (three passing, two rushing) at Indiana State... ended the season with rushing touchdowns in three straight games... set a school single-season record with a .674 passing percentage (201-298)... ranked 10th in the nation with a pass efficiency rating of 156.0... also ranked among nation's top-25 in passing, passing yards and passing yards per game... honorable mention selection on the all-Gateway Conference team... also a first-team Gateway Academic All-Conference repeat honoree.

2004 (Sophomore season): Won the starting quarterback job after coming in as the backup for the first three games of the season... went 3-1 in the first four starts of his career... threw more touchdowns (12) than any other sophomore in Western's Division I history... also holds the school's single-game sophomore records of 353 passing yards and four touchdowns (Oct. 16 against Illinois State)... his 12 touchdown passes place him 10th on the Leathernecks' single-season chart and ninth on the career list... his 7.4 career yards per attempt rank fifth on the career chart... established a string of 153 attempts without an interception, lasting five games... threw for 315 yards and a pair of touchdowns in his first career start (Sept. 25 against Quincy), recording the most passing yards in a player's first career start since Paul Singer in 1985... recorded four 200-yard games and a pair of 300-yard outings... had five multi-touchdown games, including a career-high four against Illinois State... led a passing offense that ranked second in the Gateway... named to the Gateway Academic All-Conference Second Team... started last eight games.

2003 (Redshirt-Freshman season): Served as a backup to Russ Michna... appeared in all 13 games... completed three of six attempts for 38 yards and a long of 20... also rushed three times for -14 yards... attempted passes in the season opener (1-for-1) and against Tennessee-Martin (2-for-5).
