Biography

SENIOR (2017): Led the team in home runs with eight on the season, one of which was a walk-off grand slam in the opening round of the Summit League Tournament... Played in and started all 54 games for WIU... Hit .293 at the plate with a .503 slugging percentage and .418 on-base percentage... Totaled 46 hits, 37 RBIs and nine doubles to go along with her eight home runs... Drew a team-best 31 walks... Had 10 multi-hit games on the season with a season high three hits in four games... She went 3-for-4 vs. South Dakota (March 25), vs. Mizzou (April 11), vs. IUPUI (April 15) and vs. SDSU (May 7)... Had nine games with multiple RBIs.

JUNIOR (2016): 2016 Summit League Spring Academic Honor Roll, Distinguished Scholar... Started all 48 games at first base... Went 3-for-4 against Omaha with a home run, a double, three RBIs and a career-high three runs scored... Went 2-for-3 with a home run against South Dakota... Led the team with 22 walks and 232 putouts... Compiled 24 hits including five doubles, scored 15 runs, hit two home runs and drove in nine runs.

SOPHOMORE (2015): Made 39 appearances and started 37 games... Started 36 games in the outfield... Hit a career-high five home runs... Hit her first career home run against Green Bay (March 7)... Hit her first career triple against Fort Wayne (March 30)... Drove in a career-high five runs against Fort Wayne (March 30)... Had six multi-hit games... Recorded a career-high three hits at Omaha (May 2)... Reached safely in nine consecutive games... Drew 13 walks this season, two against St. Bonaventure (March 14)... Drove in multiple runs in five different games... Recorded four outfield assists... Finished the year with a .234 average, five home runs, two doubles and one triple with 22 RBIs.

FRESHMAN (2014): Appeared in 28 contests during her freshman season... Earned her first career start Feb. 22 against Arkansas-Pine Bluff... Recorded her first career hit Feb. 8 against Drake... Hit her first career double March 23 at IUPUI... Scored her first run April 22 against Valparaiso... Overall, Hoelting hit .250 from the plate with a double and six walks.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four varsity softball letters at Pleasant Valley HS... named First Team All-Conference, First Team All-State and First Team All-Metro in 2013... hit .419 with 14 home runs and 61 RBI in 2013... earned All-Conference First Team and All-Metro Second Team in 2012 after hitting .403 with 10 homers and a school record 45 RBI... also posted a 6-2 record and 1.53 ERA in the circle... In 2011, she was named to the All-State Third Team, All-District First Team, All-Metro First Team, All-Conference Second Team, and All-Academic Team... named All-Conference Second Team as a freshman...also played basketball, volleyball, and swimming.
