WIU-UND men's game postponed

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – With the anticipated arrival of Winter Storm Elliott across the region, Summit League officials announced additional scheduling adjustments for the opening week of the men's and women's basketball regular season Tuesday.

After originally adjusting the tip time Monday, the North Dakota-Western Illinois men's contest scheduled for Wednesday in Macomb has now been postponed.

The South Dakota State-Kansas City men's contest in Kansas City and the South Dakota-Oral Roberts in Tulsa have also been postponed.

The North Dakota State-St. Thomas men's game in St. Paul will start earlier than originally scheduled with tip off set for 12 p.m. CT.

In non-conference action, the Omaha-Iowa State men's contest was also postponed.

On the women's side, the Omaha-Denver contest scheduled for Wednesday has been postponed, while the remaining three women's games will all start at 12 p.m. CT. Those trio of games include South Dakota vs. Oral Roberts in Vermillion, Kansas City vs. South Dakota State in Brookings, and St. Thomas vs. North Dakota State in Fargo.

The Western Illinois-North Dakota game moved up to Tuesday will go on as planned with tip at 6 p.m. CT tonight.
