Western Illinois announces schedule updates

Men's and women's basketball changes

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- Summit League officials announced a pair of scheduling adjustments for the opening week of the men's and women's basketball regular season Monday afternoon.

The Western Illinois-North Dakota women's contest scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 21, in Grand Forks has been moved to Tuesday, Dec. 20 and will tip off at 7 p.m. CT.

The North Dakota-Western Illinois men's contest scheduled for Wednesday in Macomb will remain on Wednesday but will be played earlier with tip off moved to noon CT.

These adjustments were made due to an impending winter storm forecasted for later in the week.
