Will Carius had himself a game in the weekend opener at North Dakota, where he scored a season-high 34 points on 8-for-12 shooting from the floor. He reeled off six consecutive 3-pointers to tie Western's single-game record and the point total tied for ninth-most in program history.

First Summit Win 
The Leathernecks scored a season-high 99 points in a win over North Dakota, which also marked their first league win of the season. 

Four finished in double-digits, led by Colton Sandage's game-high, career-high 28 points. The performance secured his third straight game with 10-plus points, as recent efforts produced 17, 18, and 28. 

Sandage also recorded 10 dimes in the UND victory to record his first Leatherneck double-double. He entered the weekend averaging 4.2 points per game.
