WIU Athletics Announces Spring Attendance Policy

Western Illinois Athletics is limiting seating at all outdoor events this spring.

MACOMB, Ill. - Working alongside university leaders, Western Illinois Athletics has made the decision to limit seating at all outdoor events this spring. The change restricts entry to family members of student-athletes and staff, and affects Leatherneck baseball, softball, men's and women's soccer, and football. 

There have been no changes to state and local guidelines regarding indoor events, and therefore, fans are not be permitted to attend any event inside Western Hall -- basketball and volleyball. 

WIU Athletics will continue to monitor the attendance policy throughout the spring. Updates on video and radio streaming are forthcoming.
