Cisse, a 6-11 senior from San Diego, California, has been a force for the Leatherneck men's basketball team on the court this winter. One of the top rebounders in the country, Cisse averages over 11 boards per game.
The transfer is also a force in the classroom. This past semester, Cisse recorded a 4.0 grade point average.
