Wuestefeld currently holds a 4.0 GPA while majoring in psychology at Western Illinois University. Wuestefeld, of Duderstadt, Germany, set the school record in women's cross country at the Summit League championships on October 29.

Not only does Wuestefeld compete for the Leatherneck cross country program, this winter she will run for the indoor track and field team, then take her talents outside for the outdoor season in the spring.
