Dick Reinhardt (deceased),1999 - An active member in the Western Athletic Club who served on its Advisory Board and on numerous WIU committees. Reinhardt was instrumental in developing fund-raising and personal relations efforts in west-central Illinois region and was an active member of the WIU Foundation Board.
