Leatherneck Football to Play at Oklahoma State in 2020

Western Illinois faces Cowboys for the first time in program history

MACOMB, Ill. – Western Illinois Football added a non-conference game for the 2020 season. Athletic Director Matt Tanney announced on Wednesday (May 10) that the Leathernecks will travel to Stillwater, Oklahoma to take on the Oklahoma State Cowboys.

The game is scheduled for September 19, 2020. This will mark the first meeting between the two programs, and Western's seventh game all-time against a Big 12 Conference opponent.

Last year the Cowboys finished 10-3 overall, including a 38-8 victory over Colorado in the Alamo Bowl.
