"I want to thank Ted for his four seasons of service to Western Illinois University as our women's soccer head coach. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors," said Tanney. "We will begin to move our program in a new direction, starting with a national search for a head coach beginning immediately."

Flogaites concluded his fourth season in charge, as Western wrapped up its 2015 campaign with a 2-15 overall record and 1-7 mark in the Summit League.
